Partner terms (version 1)
What you earn
30% of each subscription payment a business you refer makes during its first 12 months. A yearly payment counts as 12 months. Add-on hardware, card processing fees and taxes are not included.
When a referral counts
The business must open your link and sign up within 60 days. If they click another partner's link later, the last link they used counts. You can't refer yourself or your own business.
When you get paid
A commission clears after the business has paid twice (or 30 days after a yearly payment). We pay cleared commissions once a month when you're owed at least $25, by PayPal, Zelle or check.
Refunds and fair play
If a payment is refunded or charged back, that commission is removed. Spam, fake accounts, paid ads on our brand names, or misleading claims end the partnership and unpaid commissions.
Changes
We may update these terms for new referrals. Businesses you already referred stay on the terms that applied when they signed up. You can leave any time.
Taxes
You're an independent partner, not an employee. If you earn $600 or more in a year we'll ask for a W-9.
