What is Pandarly?
Pandarly is rental management software for party and event, outdoor recreation, equipment, party bus and limo, and vacation rental businesses. It runs your booking calendar, customer records and invoicing, and gives every asset its own shareable booking page. Pandarly is a PayWavez company.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. You can sign up and start using Pandarly on the Starter plan without entering a card. Founding Member pricing is available on paid plans through November 30, 2026.
Which payment processor does Pandarly use?
Payments go straight to your own merchant account through PayWavez, with no extra gateway fee. You connect it yourself in Settings by pasting your PayWavez API key, and customers can pay deposits and balances by card right away. No separate gateway to wire up.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can move between Starter, Pro and Max as your fleet grows. There is no long-term contract.
What kinds of things can I rent out with Pandarly?
Anything you track as an asset with a quantity or availability window: tents, tables and bounce houses, kayaks and paddleboards, tools and equipment, party buses and limos, and condos and vacation rentals.
Is Pandarly an established company?
Pandarly is a new product, and we are upfront about that. It is built by the same team behind PayWavez and MyDetailIQ, which is already in use by real service businesses, and it runs on the same PayWavez payment infrastructure and support team. Founding Member pricing exists because early customers help shape the product.
